How It Works
1. Book a Free Consultation
We’ll find a time to talk for 20 minutes or so about what’s bringing you to therapy and how I may be able to help.
2. review and sign documents
I’ll send you a link to create an account on my HIPAA-compliant client portal where you can sign the forms needed before our first session.
3. meet for an initial appointment
We’ll meet for 50 minutes, going into more depth about your history and what’s bringing you to therapy.
Fees & Insurance
Individual Sessions | $200 | 50 minutes
Couples Sessions | $250 | 50 minutes
Insurance
I am in-network with Aetna, Oscar, Optum, United, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey. I can also provide a Superbill for reimbursement if I'm not in-network with your provider.
Sliding scale fees
I hold space in my practice for clients who need sliding scale fees, but currently all of these spots are full.
Forms of payment
I currently accept debit or credit payments through my online client portal. Payments are due at the time of service.
Cancellation policy
I have a 48-hour cancellation policy, meaning that I don’t charge for sessions that are cancelled more than 48 hours before the appointment in question.

I usually meet with clients for 6 months or more, sometimes working with clients for years. We may discover that you achieved the goals set at the beginning and end therapy, or new goals or issues might emerge as we work together.

I'm currently offering virtual therapy sessions via Zoom, but hope to offer in-person therapy in Los Angeles in the near future.
